Only 5 days left and 1 am doing alb a day it seems, so I am excited to see the end results:)
Wake up:
8-12oz hot lemon water…I add tea!
Breakfast:
Morning Green Glory
5 kale, handfuls
1 spinach, handfuls
3 romaine leaves
1 cucumber
3 celery stalks
1 green apple
1 lemon
My thoughts: "UGH! I did not like this one, I had to chase it with my tea lol!"
Morning snack:
16oz coconut water
Lunch:
Un-Beet-Able
1 apple
1 beet
3 carrots
ginger
1 1/2 handfuls leafy greens, I used spinach.
My thoughts: "YUMMY!"
Afternoon snack:

My thoughts: "Still hate it! I added an apple and orange to help sweeten it but it was still pretty bad, I think its the romaine that I am not liking."

Dessert:
Pear pie delight
1 sweet potato
2 pears
1 apple
1 handful blueberries
