Day 8 of 15

Weigh in 224.

Still feeling good!

Wake up:
8-12oz hot lemon water, I add peppermint and green tea.


Breakfast:
Sunrise juice
4 carrots
2 oranges
1 beet

My thoughts: "Very good, I am loving beet juice so far!"


Morning snack:
16oz coconut water

Lunch:
Green lemonade
4 kale
1 1/2 spinach
1/2 green apple
1/2 cucumber
1 celery
1/4 lemon

My thoughts: "I actually  messed this juice up so I made a solid food meal instead, but forgot to photograph it, sorry! It was just kale, onion and zucchini!"

 Afternoon snack:
Sunrise juice
4 carrots

Dinner:
Green lemonade
4 kale
1 1/2 spinach
1/2 green apple
1/2 cucumber
1 celery
1/4 lemon

My thoughts: "Again because I messed up the juice, I made a solid meal."


Dessert:
Pear pie delight
1 sweet potato
2 pears
1 apple
1 handful blueberries
cinnamon

My thoughts: "SO good still!"


Before bed:
Herbal tea
