Wake up:
8-12oz hot lemon water with peppermint green tea.
Breakfast:
Green citrus
1 green apple
1 orange
3 kale handfuls
Morning snack:
16oz coconut water
Lunch:
Red, white, blue (green)
1 1/2c watermelon
2 handfuls blueberries
6 kale handfuls
My thoughts: "I put way to much watermelon and totally messed this juice up, so I dumped it:("
Afternoon snack:

Sporty spice
2 beets
1 carrot
3 celery
1/2 lemon
1 orange
1 handful basil

So this day got kind of ruined by my juicing mistake. I had the green citrus and sporty spice but thats like barely enough calories. I decided to have a cheat meal of pasta. It was whole grain, with organic pasta sauce and chicken. i had 1 serving size of about a cup of pasta so I feel fine about doing it. Because I used to do Insanity and eat A LOT because of the workouts, not eating a certain amount of calories for weight loss is mentally really hard for me. I am glad I feel good and I feel detoxed front this juicing and I will continue to use juices but I need FOOD!!! LOL! I am actually going to try Insanity again. I need to, it was my favorite work out of all time. I will probably add the work outs to this blog and just change the title to my weight loss journey or something. I still have today and then 3 more days of juicing. So once I am done with this I will start Insanity, I would start now but I am not consuming near to enough calories or protein for intense work outs. So I think Saturday will be the first day:)
