Day 4 of 15

Weigh in at 227lbs.

I feel good today! I was able to get to bed at a decent time last night which is nice and I was awake at 6:30am, that like never happens. So all in all no complaints.

Waking up:
8-12oz Hot lemon water

Breakfast:
Island green smoothie
1 mango
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 handful spinach
1/2c coconut water
ice

My thoughts: "SOOOO yummy!!!!"


Morning snack:
Carrot apple lemon juice
2 apples
2 carrots
1 lemon

My thoughts: "Its like apple lemonade, so good!"


Lunch:
Green detox soup
olive oil
garlic
1/4 head broccoli
2 kale leaves
1/2 zucchini
1/2 celery
veggie stock
parsley
salt and pepper

My thoughts: "Again I skipped making it into a soup, but its very yummy!"

Reboot green salad
leafy greens
1/4 cucumber
1/2 carrot
1/2 tomato
1/4 avocado
olive oil
vinegar
salt and pepper

My thoughts: "Its a great simple salad, very good!"

Snack:
Carrot apple lemon juice
2 apples
2 carrots
1 lemon

My thoughts: "Still good lol!"


Dinner:
Squash and apple soup
1/4 squash
1/2 apple
1/4 onion
1/2 carrot
olive oil
pepper
veggie broth

My thoughts: "Did not make the soup yet again and I loved every bit of it!"


Before bed:
Herbal tea

My thoughts: "Still love my tea!"
