I feel good today! Still not headaches or tiredness that most complain about, maybe it depends on the toxins in the body, who knows. I did cheat a bit yesterday and ate some solid made food, sounds so weird to say lol! I really hated the Joe's mean green juice so I just made a plate of veggies cooked in veggie broth, it was amazing! I did crave some naughty food last night but was good, other than stealing 3 little chicken nugget things from my husbands plate but its all good!!! So today I actually really like the menu so lets get started. Oh and I am not showing lots of weight loss on a scale but 1. its almost that time of the month TMI sorry but the scale goes up and 2. I do feel slimmer, um my "roll" where my c-section scar is like I don't have to lift the tummy up to feel it, if that makes sense lol! And I think my face is definitely slimmer. Also my hair is softer and shiny and my skin is clearing up so yay!!!
Wake up:
8-12oz hot lemon water
My thoughts: "I added some peppermint and green tea to help get me to wake up this morning and its very good with lemon."
Green citrus

3 big handfuls leafy greens, I used kale
My thoughts: "SOOOOOO good!!! Its like green orang juice!"
Morning snack:
16oz coconut water
Lunch:
Sporty spice
2 beets
1 carrot
3 celery stalks
1/2 lemon
1 orange
1 handful basil leaves
My thoughts: "This was really yummy!"
Afternoon snack:
