Day 12 of 15

Weigh in at 218 still.

Waking up:
8-12oz hot lemon water with peppermint green tea.


Breakfast:
Carrot apple lemon juice
2 apples
2 carrots
1 lemon


Morning snack:
16oz coconut water

Lunch:
Veggies…this was supposed to be a juice I did not like, the Joe's mean green, so I am just going to cook up some veggies instead.
Kale
zucchini
onion
carrot
red cabbage

Afternoon snack:
Carrot apple lemon
2 apples
2 carrots
1 lemon

Dinner:
Cooked veggies again
Kale
zucchini
onion
carrot
red cabbage

Dessert:
Watermelon crush
1/2 watermelon (2 cups)
1 lime
1 handful basil

Before bed:
Herbal tea
