Day 3 of 15

Weigh in: 223lbs, but this just shows if you weigh yourself at the right time you always weigh less lol! I weighed myself before eating or drinking and you can see the difference of almost 10lbs, but part of that might of been weight loss too, we shall see int he following days.

I feel good this morning, at the end of the day yesterday I think my body was detoxing a bit from not eating certain thangs. That's the point though so yay! On with day 3!!!

Waking up:
8-12oz hot lemon water with ginger

My thoughts:"Still good!"



Breakfast:
Shamrock smoothie
1/2 banana
1/2 cucumber
6 romaine leaves
1/2 avocado
juice from 1 lemon
2-4oz coconut water
ice

My thoughts:"Takes a few sips to get used to the lemon being so strong but very clean tasting and fresh!"



Morning snack:
Green lemonade juice
3-4 kale leaves
1 1/2 handful spinach
1/2 green apple
1/2 cucumber
1 celery stalk
1/2 lemon

My thoughts: "Very green tasting but I don't mind that grass kind of taste mixed with lemon!"



Lunch:
Squash and apple soup
1/4 squash
1/2 apple
1/4 onion
1/2 carrot
1/4tbsp olive oil
pepper
1/2quarts vegetable broth

My thoughts: " SOOOOOO good!!!! I again did not make it in to a soup because i just don't care for soup so I just pan cooked it all in vegetable broth!"


Sauteed greens with garlic
1/2 bunch leafy greens
1 garlic clove
1/2tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

My thoughts: "Much better with less garlic this time!"



Afternoon snack:
Green lemonade juice
3-4 kale leaves
1 1/2 handful spinach
1/2 green apple
1/2 cucumber
1 celery stalk
1/2 lemon

My thoughts: "I think I need to use less lemon, it is just really bitter and sour!"




Dinner:
Raw carrot and ginger soup
1 1/2c carrot juice (10 carrots)
1/2 avocado
1tbsp honey
1/2tbsp ginger
cayenne pepper
salt
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp cilantro

My thoughts: "I did not even bother making this again because I did not like it. I did eat the avocado but thats it.!"

Roasted acorn squash stuffed with mushroom and sage
1/2 acorn squash
salt and pepper
3tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 portabello mushroom
1/2 onion
1tsp sage
red pepper flakes

My thoughts: "Still amazing!!!! I added more mushroom this time since I didn't eat the carrot soup. This is my fave dish!"



Before bed:
Herbal tea

My thoughts: "<3 Tea!"
