Weigh in at 225lbs. This is why weighing yourself all the time is just plain silly, weight fluctuates all the time.
Today I kinda messed up a bit cause I had to go buy a new car and I got really hungry and drank a green smoothie at the store:/ I am sure it is fine but they do have lots of sugar in them, so boo to that! I had brought my morning juice with me but we ended up being there longer than we thought. Bring back ups with you people lol!
Wake up:
8-12oz hot lemon water
Breakfast:
Carrot and apple ginger juice
3 carrots
2 apples
ginger
My thoughts: "I put way less ginger, it has been burning my throat. But otherwise very good!"
Morning snack:
16oz coconut water
My thoughts: "I kinda gag with plain flavored coconut water, but i am still drinking it, its very good for you and I can get used to anything right? :/"
Lunch:
Joe's mean green juice
3 kale leaves
1 cucumber
1 celery
1.2 green apple
1/4 lemon
ginger
My thoughts:"I still don't like this juice, I actually added a banana to help the taste(I blend it in) and it is still hard to drink down but I am doing it!" I also left out the ginger since it has been bothering my throat. Also I think the taste that I am not liking is the cucumber, I am going to try this with less cucumber next time."
Snack:

Well I just want to be human for a second and say how much I want either Chipotle or In N' Out right now LOL!!!! I miss eating junk food today!!! But I also don't want to be unhealthy or fat anymore and so I can have self control, its all part of it! I will have those two things again because I don't believe in depriving ones self from the yummy foods in life, just don't do it everyday, every week or even every month, just once in awhile. I also was going to start woking out today but like I said i had to get a car today and then kids took over, plus getting this blog updated so I will start tomorrow. I don't work out at night because I literally have so much going on in the evenings with the kids and than after they go to bed the wood floors are to loud to do much of anything on so morning it will be.
