Weigh in 219:)

I feel smaller, my clothes fit looser and it is now shooing on the scale, groovy!!!

Wake up:
8-12oz hot lemon water

Breakfast:
Carrot apple lemon
2 apples
2 carrots
1 lemon

My thoughts: "Very good!


Morning snack:
16oz coconut water


Lunch:
Green lemonade
4 kale
1 1/2 spinach
1/2 green apple
1/2 cucumber
1 celery
1/4 lemon

Afternoon snack:
Carrot apple lemon
2 apples
2 carrots
1 lemon

Dinner:
Garden Variety:
1 green apple
1 orange
3 kale

Dessert:
Purple passion
30 red grapes
1 pint blueberries
1 handful mint
