Day 5 of 15

Weigh in: 220lbs :)

I feel amazing! I am sleeping well enough to be up at 630am for two days now, thats awesome! I generally was sleeping in until at least 11am or even later so I am very happy to be awake early for myself and my family!

Waking up:
8-12oz of hot lemon water

My thoughts: "I added some green tea this morning, and it was nice!"

Breakfast:
Shamrock smoothie
1/2 banana
1/2 cucumber
6 romaine leaves
1/2 avocado
juice of 1 lemon
2-4oz coconut water
ice

My thoughts: "Very clean tasting, you can really taste the romaine which is eh but its still drinkable!"

Morning snack:
Joe's mean green juice
3 kale leaves
1 cucumber
1 celery stalk
1/2 green apple
1/4 lemon
ginger

My thoughts: "I put a bit to much ginger but otherwise its good!"


Lunch:
Squash and apple soup
1/4 squash
1/2 apple
1/4 onion
1/2 carrot
olive oil
pepper
veggie broth

My thoughts: "Still just ate this whole and not pureed into a soup, it was good!"

Afternoon snack:
Joe's mean green juice
3 kale leaves 
1 cucumber
1 celery
1/2 green apple
1/4 lemon
ginger

My thoughts: "To be completely honest I can not stand this juice. I may not try it again…"

Dinner:
Green detox soup
olive oil
1/4 leek
1/2 garlic
1/4 broccoli
2 kale leaves
1/2 zucchini
1/2 celery
veggie stock
parsley
salt and pepper

My thoughts: "Very yummy but did not make it into a soup."

Before bed:
Herbal tea


Sorry I didn't take pictures for the last few things, I got tired and busy with kids:)
